Solar inverter substation (SIS) - pre-assembled substation container type for the internal arrangement of electrical equipment - control system, inverter, transformer and medium voltage switchgear.

SOLAR INVERTER SUBSTATION

FUNCTION SIS:

  • automatic generation of electric current on the set algorithm;
  • performing functions of protection and locks;
  • synchronization with the network;
  • operational status monitoring the main electrical equipment and its parameters;
  • technology and emergency alarm in case of emergency or procedural boundaries technological parameters;
  • logging of the process of generation, storage and delivery protocols of technological process on screens dispatcher workstations and printing in a convenient form;
  • accounting of consumption and electricity generation.

COMPOSITION

The composition of the inverter substation includes capital equipment for energy conversion and additional equipment for their own use SIS.

The main equipment for the conversion of energy is inverters, transformers, switchgear of medium voltage.

Equipment for their own needs – ATS cabinet (automatically enter standby cabinet), cabinet of own needs power supply, microclimate system, smoke detection systems, interior lighting.

CIP is carried out in climatic modification U1, GOST 15150, GOST 15543.1 and is intended for use under the following conditions:

DESIGN FEATURES

Structural SIS is divided into the following functional units:

  • container;
  • system of energy conversion;
  • their own needs.

Container is a metal shell, designed for the installation of electrical and electronic equipment, as well as protect it from environmental influences.

Energy conversion system is a complex electrical and electronic equipment for receiving and converting electrical voltage up to 1000V DC on photovoltaic power systems in the three-phase voltage 10 kV (35 kV), 50 Hz alternating current, and for transmission of electricity to the national network. SIS consists from:

  • inverter ABB;
  • step-up transformer with split windings;
  • passage switchgear of medium voltage.

Their own needs is an electronic and electrical equipment intended for the supply circuits their own needs SIS, as well as to control auxiliary equipment SIS.

Available SIS performance based MC - metal containers and CK - monoblock concrete containers (kiosks).

Concrete Kiosk Monoblock concrete container (kiosk) SIS is a monoblock concrete construction, shared by partitions into compartments. Each compartment has its own door and ventilation grids.
Metal container SIS Metal container SIS consists of two functionally complete modules - warm and cold, which are fully mounted assembly units.
Warm module SIS- inverter system room with artificial climate control (cooling, heating and ventilation).
Cold module SIS- Transformer room and medium voltage switchgear room
SIS has a metal framing, bearing structure made of metal profiled sheets with noncombustible mineral wool insulation.
Cooling system, heating and ventilation designed to keep the microclimate in the inverters room of solar inverter substation, ventilation of the transformer room. In the high cell room uses natural ventilation.
