Depending on the specifics of work at the enterprise, transport accounting can be implemented for various processes. As for the accounting of railway wagons, such a task will sooner or later face each enterprise that actively uses railway transport.
The project for identification of railway wagons was implemented by INFOCOM LTD for a grain terminal in the Odessa region.
The customer set the task of identifying and accounting of wagons when the train arrives at the wagon unloading station. To accomplish this task, an automated railway transport accounting system was developed, which implements the following functions:
- integration with the customer’s weighing complex (weighing in motion);
- a mark on the weight of the wagons after the train is fed to the unloading station (receiving the gross weight of the wagons from the weighing complex);
- weight mark after unloading wagons (tare weight);
- recognition of carriage numbers;
- counting the number of cars delivered to the unloading station;
- determination and display on the mnemonic diagram of the position of the car during unloading;
- comparison of carriage data obtained from the corporate accounting system (1C) with actual data;
- photo and video recording of the wagon acceptance process (with reference to a specific wagon) saving the received and processed data to the database;
