At the end of 2021, INFOCOM LTD implemented an automated control system (ACS) of dosing
beta-carotene for an oil extraction plant in eastern Ukraine.
The control system is designed to automate the control and monitoring of mechanisms and
devices of the beta-carotene dosing system in the bottled oil production plant.
INFOCOM LTD specialists prepared design documentation, developed and finalized software
(PLC, HMI), performed electrical installation and commissioning works.
Software complex is an operator’s station and is designed to control the beta-carotene dosing
process line of the bottled oil production plant. The beta-carotene dosing control system is a
hierarchical structure with distributed functions. The software platform for the system is the
software package Simatic WinCC and Simatic WinCC flexible 2008.
Beta-carotene dosing control system includes:
- Control system
- Dosing process control panel
- Field equipment. Instrumentation equipment
- Cable line system
The purpose of creating ACS of dosing beta-carotene:
- increasing productivity;
- providing the necessary technological sequence of mechanisms;
- increasing technological discipline;
- increasing energy efficiency;
- improving the culture of production and improving technology.
