Despite the difficult times in Ukraine, entrepreneurs continue to work and make plans to build and expand production. Thus, a new project has been launched in the Kyiv region, and our company was one of the first to be invited to participate. The construction object is a corn processing plant.
The scope of work of INFOCOM LTD includes:
- design of power grids and power distribution across the plant,
- automation systems, development of control system software for both the main production and auxiliary facilities.
- It is planned to supply control cabinets and power cabinets, including those with frequency converters and soft starters, and other products for the project implementation as a whole,
- commissioning and adjustment works and commissioning.
That is, we carry out a full cycle of automation works, as they say, on a turnkey basis, and we are very strong in this, because we have highly qualified specialists who control the execution of works at every step, starting from the project manager and the chief project engineer to the installation specialist.
Since the plant’s processing process will be accompanied by multi-component recipes, in addition to the control system based on Siemens PCS7 software, the control system will be connected to the Siemens Routing system, which will allow the recipe components to be moved in an optimal and timely manner.
The amount of information is about 9,000 signals, which is a lot, but the production processes are also complex and balanced. This means that the controller will be used Siemens, Safety class, and the system itself will be redundant, which is a common practice for industries where waiting times are expensive or raw materials may be damaged due to downtime.
