Avtomatizaciya-termometrii

Thermometry is an automated temperature control system for grain storage facilities (both separate and included in an oil extraction plant, a mill, etc.) in order to prevent places where the temperature of the grain rises and, accordingly, to avoid damage to the stored products. It is usually implemented in the following ways:

  • conducting aeration (forced ventilation of grain) – which lowers its temperature;
  • the raw material is passed through the conveyor and back placed into the silo – this procedure lowers the temperature in the silo.

Often, thermocouples (devices for temperature measurement) are supplied with a set of elevator equipment, while their work is automated – i.e. Automation of temperature control is a task implemented at the stage of development of a control system for an elevator.

The functions of the thermometry system as part of the ACS system

  • first of all, temperature control with a predetermined frequency, the ability to track the current temperature for each of the storages;
  • monitor and report on changes in temperature and display reports;
  • monitor the compliance of the temperature with the specified parameters and warn the operator about deviations and the need to take action.

Integration of thermocouples in the process control system

INFOCOM works with both foreign and local equipment, and therefore has vast experience in carrying out similar projects, including automation of elevators (section “Projects” of our website) and integration of various types of equipment for automation of work, modernization of control and measurement systems.
