Its production is similar to the potable alcohol production. The modern manufacturing process of ethyl alcohol manufacturing includes the following stages:<br \/>\n&#8211; preparation and refinement of the amyloidal raw materials \u2013 seeds (rye, wheat etc.)<br \/>\n&#8211; fermentation. The great majority of the spirit production plants still use the enzymatic degradation of the starch into the spirit with the use of yeasts.
