The project uses a routing technology improved by our engineers, which ensures the creation of routes for transporting goods from point A to point B along conveyor lines, synchronizing the on \/ off of equipment for each part of the route.<\/span><\/p>\n[\/vc_message][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]\n<div id=\"tw-target-text-container\" class=\"tw-ta-container hide-focus-ring tw-nfl\" tabindex=\"0\">\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"\u041f\u0435\u0440\u0435\u0432\u043e\u0434\"><span lang=\"en\">Actual data of equipment state, transportation of goods along the routes is transmitted to the central dispetcher point, allowing the operator to monitor \/ dispatch and control technological processes. Information on the dispatcher&#8217;s screen is displayed in 3D, so the arrangement of equipment on the screens became realistic and understandable. For the convenience of operators large screens are used &#8211; 55 inches. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">The experience of our specialists in the field of 3D design was used to create 3D visualization on screens in the control room.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"\u041f\u0435\u0440\u0435\u0432\u043e\u0434\"><span lang=\"en\">The facility is subject to strict requirements for the system&#8217;s fault tolerance; to fulfill these requirements Siemens controller and Simocode PROV modules are used. The environment TIA Portal, WinCC Professional was used for software development.
