Active development of a quarry requires the use of a large number of electrical distribution equipment in the form of mobile distribution cells to provide electricity to consumers of the quarry, a transformer substation of a pumping station. Electrical equipment is dispersed over a large area and requires periodic relocation as mining operations progress. Changes in the location of distribution cells, as well as their dispersion over a\u0442 area, make it difficult to maintain and control their work, control high-voltage equipment.<\/p>\n

The project has implemented the following tasks:<\/p>\n In addition, an access control system is provided for access inside of the distribution cells and the high-voltage substation to exclude the presence of unauthorized personnel.<\/p>\n The project provides implementation of a mobile workstation for a power engineer: the control system was transferred to a tablet, from which the power engineer of the enterprise has the ability to control remotely the equipment of the transformer substation, distribution cells on the spot. To provide authorized access to the high-voltage equipment control system, personnel identification by fingerprint is provided.<\/p>\n Belanovskiy mining and processing plant conducts its activities with the implementation of innovative technologies, development and optimization of existing processes.
