Stock control of finished products (kegs stock control)

In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan №429-I with alterations and amendments as of 29.09.14 «On state control of production and turnover of ethyl spirit, alcohol, and spirit containing products, any enterprise that uses alcohol in production is obliged to keep a record of finished products that allows carrying out automated transmission of data on the volume of output of ethyl alcohol and spirit containing products, and alcohol content to the authorised body and its territorial subdivisions in real-time mode. This solution is based on the application of RFID-tags and RFID-readers. The RFID-tag that contains information about manufacturer, manufacturing date, expiry date, shift and information about the Customer is installed on each unit of finished products. This solution allows transferring information about each unit of finished products into the control unit at any specific time.

Recording finished products before bottling is controlled by the flow meter that is installed on the pipeline at the necessary measuring point.
