In June 2022, INFOCOM LTD implemented an automatic vehicle identification system (AVIS) in the process of receiving / shipping raw materials and shipping garbage at an agricultural enterprise in the Kyiv region, Belotserkovsky district, Kivshovata village.
Working on the project began in August 2021 and lasted 10 months.
INFOCOM LTD specialists prepared design documentation, developed software, supplied equipment, performed electrical installation and commissioning. At the customer’s agricultural enterprise, RFID cards and control cabinets were installed and connected to all vehicle identification points, server equipment was installed, license plate recognition channels were connected to video surveillance cameras.
The developed an automatic vehicle identification system (AVIS) is a complex of software and hardware that performs the functions of automatic identification of vehicles at checkpoints of the route of traffic on the territory of the elevator, fixing the time of passage of checkpoints, as well as verification of vehicles using automatic recognition of car numbers.
The main purpose of the creation of AVIS is to provide the following technical and economic tasks:
- increasing the speed and daily volume of acceptance;
- minimizing the time of transport passing through the territory of the enterprise;
- exclusion of human influence in the process of data entry into the quantitative accounting system, both possible fraud and mechanical errors;
- depersonalization of sample analyzes in the laboratory (one person takes a sample for analysis, an encrypted barcode is glued to this sample, and another laboratory assistant does the analysis, not seeing whose raw material it is);
- Obtaining additional analytical information on weighing and loading/unloading of raw materials
