The main task of the control and management system is that starting from a checkpoint (PPC), the system is preliminarily adaptively configured directly for the employee performing a specific business process.

Using the identification system, data about the driver and his car are entered into the system. Next, a pass is issued to the driver – his identifier at all control points of movement in the Silo.

When passing a certain section (sighting, sampling, weight complex, permits for certain cars) – data on passing the control point and the measurement results instantly enter the accounting system, thus ensuring transparency and control of the processes at the elevator.

In addition to the task of identifying a car at a checkpoint, sighting and other control points, RFID equipment allows you effectively solve the problem of organizing access control.

Before unloading grain, a sample is taken without fail and grain grading is determined. To do this, samplers are used that receive samples, encode them and transfer the samples to the laboratory for further analysis.

Sample coding excludes the human factor. All links of the enterprise are under control.

After carrying out analyzes and entering the results for the samples into the system, the driver is notified whether the unloading of his car is allowed according to the results of the study, access to the next section is updated for the driver’s identification card – driving to the scales or following to the checkpoint to leave the territory.

The same important accounting reference point is the automobile weight. Through the scales, grain products from the fields come in, accounting for internal movements, product sales to consumers and domestic consumption of enterprises is carried out. Data from weight complexes is the basis for the accumulation of accounting information at the elevator.

The weighing results are instantly transferred to the system and stored by it. The reliability problem is solved by installing positioning sensors that will not allow the car-driver to  install the car incorrectly and incorrectly receive data from the scales. In addition, weighing data is transmitted automatically, which eliminates the issue of incorrect data entry by the operator and removes the human factor.
